Project Sinatra

As many of you read in the latest issue, Project Sinatra was involved in an accident. How many of you have had your custom truck damaged, or worse, totaled? It's a real bummer.

In my case, an asian father of two was taking his two kids to school and pulled out in front of me. I was driving straight, minding my own business, and he tried to turn left (right in front of me). All I could do was lock up the SSBC big brake kit and hold on. After smashing into his '01 Toyota 4Runner's steel bumper....the polyurethane front bumper, carbon fiber fenders, and carbon fiber hood was demolished. No more Lincoln Navigator clip....just one angry magazine editor ready to go mental. I didn't though and the driver's two little kids hopped out of the SUV and walked to school. I however, drove to the body shop where the guys at South County Auto Body just looked dismayed.
After almost 3 months, I should have the truck back to its glorious form. Hopefully.
Tell me your stories of custom truck carnage, I know I can't be alone.
