How real is that photo?

Photoshop is amazing. Without it, most photos wouldn't look as cool. But in this day and age, has the art of taking a good photo from the get-go been overlooked by a kid who can power up a laptop and turn a fat chick into a bikini model?

I started out taking horrible photos of trucks and after having my boss sit me down and tell me I sucked, I went out and taught myself how to shoot. Now though, I see people just pull a truck anywhere and photoshop out everything. Sure I'm guilty of it too, but I wonder if you the readers would be interested in seeing more realistic backgrounds or if you don't care and you just want the truck to look cool. What do you think?

An oil filter protects the engine from impurities and contamination there by enhancing the efficiency and the prolonging lifetime of the engine by protecting it from internal damage the best of  oil filter should be made of superior metal and really  fine filter  material.Apart from it should have a good look too.The rest deepens on its fitting and location.

Thanks
