Well, the workload has tripled (at least) and the deadlines come up way faster than they did at the motorcycle group. But that is not necessarily a bad thing.
I am learning how to better budget my time in between writing stories, setting up product for tech articles, and traveling to shows nationwide in search of cool trucks! I can assure you, however, that the first thing on my mind once I step off the plane in a new land is not the show I am attending nor the trucks and chicks that will be there. I am usually starving so by the time I get off the plane, sink into my rental car, and figure out which direction the hotel is, I am ready to get my grub on! That’s right! And I am looking to fill my plate with something I can’t get at home – it doesn’t have to be exotic but I would prefer it not be food I can eat on a regular basis while at home! With that said...check out a few stops I made while in Kentucky last weekend! Waffles ROCK!(P.S.) Hardee's isn't really NEW to me, they just call 'em Carl's Jr. on the West Coast. Oh, and we don't call hamburgers 'thickburgers' like they do at Hardee's...that sounds kinda gross!
