Going to work we tend to take things for granted, even our jobs. I have been fortunate to be living a dream for the past 14-years as a Truckin' editor. I noticed on my way to work this morning as I turned off the 57 freeway waiting for the left turn signal at Katella Ave. there it was right infront of me, bigger than life the Honda Center or The Pond home of the '07 Stanley Cup Champion Anaheim Ducks.

As I turned into the Source Interlink Truckin' Magazine parking lot I  though to myself what a great place to work. The Source Interlink Stadium Tower is located right between the Honda Center and The Big A, we are  surrounded by Angels and Ducks. Before I left for home, I thought I would show you around Truckin's neighborhood.

4. You are so right, we live in a beautiful place.
It is so easy to slip into the negative frame of mind and curse our fate, ie: Damn, I have to work! or This freeway is so crowded! Instead of, Damn, I'm glad I have a good job and can pay my bills! etc.
You pictures point out that all we have to do is go outside and look around... Wow!

6. Hey Bob - Great blog. As they say we should stop and smell the roses and when driving we should observe all the beautiful things around us and realize we really do live in God's country. Since cell phones can't be used while driving maybe everyone can enjoy what they've been missing while chatting! Thanks for the heads up.

7. I used to work in the building across from the Crystal Cathedral next to Hofs Hut. I was on the eighth floor. We had a great view of the area. On a clear day you could see the buildings in downtown L.A. and Catalina. The sunsets in the winter were so beautiful everyone would stop and watch for a while. Your view is great especially when the weather is clear.

11. Bob, your pretty much at the epicentre of custom vehicles on the planet and also share a parking lot with Hooters.
Although I do appreciate my neighborhood much more as I get older, I can't wait to get back to your's. Hope to be able to visit in February when our custom van convention is in Vegas.

13. Very cool blog Bob! It is nice to know that an Angel game is just right around the corner...its tough to go outside and hear the sounds of the day games on Wednesdays...what a tease!

Hope everyone enjoyed getting a taste of our everyday Truckin' life! Should have showed everyone just how close we are to all the Hooter girls!

14. It is nice to walk to an Angels game from the office. I guess we'll have a better view into the stadium from upstairs.

15. I'm not sure where Bob works, but the freeway right next to both stadiums is the 57.
Although, Bob is usually in his own world most of the time..
