Ford Ranger Flex Mashup

We took a Chevy crossover and made it into a truck last time, this time we tried with a Ford.

Here's what a body-dropped Flex would look like if its doors were stretched, the wheelbase and rear overhang were increased, and it was made into a regular cab. A lot of work, yes, but if you squint you can sort of make out some Ranger similarities. What do you guys think?

If I was writing the check, I'd go with the current Ranger and spend the leftover coin on a paper bag for my head.

3. The pickup version actually looks better than what many call a hearse.
I'm sorry but even Foose can't do much for the Flex. I live in the town where they make these and started seeing them 2 years ago and still can't get used to them. I love panel trucks, I like the HHR and I love vans but I don't like the boxiness of the Flex. I did see one that was done up nice at the Detroit Autorama but it likely was worth well over $50k with the work done on it.
