GM has had a very busy couple of days. With as many product announcements and concept reveals as we've had, you'd think it was the North American International Auto Show already. Most of the news is car-related, but here's a little video of a cool truck concept we thought you'd like.

Now this is a cool mini-truck we could get behind. The utility is there, it's got a little customizable function from the factory, it gets 40mpg with a diesel hybrid powertrain, and it looks pretty darn good too. I'll be the first to admit, I'd sacrifice a little economy to get a vehicle that is fun to look at, but this concept seems to have made its compromise in size, and not looks. I like this small rugged truck, and could see this taking off if it kept in the price range of typical mini trucks. Hopefully a real product makes its way out of this design exercise, and soon.
