How big is too big?

How big of wheels are too big? You may or may not know what a donk is. It is basically a car or truck with huge wheels on it but doesn't tuck into the fenders. In this blog, I am not talking about this type of car or truck. I am talking about trucks that actually tuck these wheels. So with that out of the way, is it ok to just keep going and try to tuck 34, 36, 38-inch wheels?

In the picture above is your's truly with a 30-inch wheel and a 32-inch wheel. Both of these wheels are going on trucks that will sit on the frame when complete. So how about it? Is a 32-inch wheel too big? What do you think?

1. My question is "What in Sam Hill are you gonna get to lay frame with 32's?" Personally, if you're goin with rims bigger than 24's, it's probably better left on a lifted truck, with a few exceptions, of course. I see guys in 24's and 28's sittin like a donk I guess you;'d call it. Just high enough that they can clear the tire without tuckin. Looks like crap. Either tuick it or lift it. But that's just me.

As long as you can lay frame, keep going bigger and bigger! That's crazy. I've never seen a 32.

3. The 32's are going on a Cadillac EXT, and the 30's are going on an Avalanche.
